I'm thinking July would be good. It's too hot down here. This month I'm off to the Rubicon and August is Colorado.

I'll hit up the callendar and shoot you an e-mail and we can post it in the trip planning.

That 4Runner of yours sure has come a long way Steve. Awesome job you did there, congrats :drink:

99_Runner 06-09-2005 10:07 AM

nice rig and great documentation of each step of the swap.

sschaefer3 07-03-2005 04:58 PM

Ran the Rubicon trail in California both ways in and out from Tahoe.

Truck did really well and it actually articulates way more than I ever thought it would.

2000 miles round trip with 3 solid days of wheeling/crawling.

I'm also gonna get some more "matcho" tires, since the front axle is so strong now.

It was fun smoking the Yokos.

Flygtenstein 07-03-2005 07:02 PM

Yokohomo MT's for sure. They are way Macho.

We have some really nice burn out rocks here in Colorado.

sschaefer3 07-03-2005 07:50 PM

No, I'll go back to MT/R's like I had from 2002-2003.

Take the good with the bad and make the best of it.

awsumdc 07-03-2005 08:27 PM
