Need Trip Leader For Miner's Revenge Sat 1/07/12

Anyone looking for a wheeling trip Saturday?

I've been trying to do Miner's Revenge for YEARS now....I know the general area, but haven't done the trail, nor do I know how to get to the trail head.

I will have at least one other buggy and possibly one built/stretched Jeep with me.

Any takers to lead?

Thanks,
Sean

I know it was short notice and coupled with the holidays, but a lot of people are off and looking to do some wheeling. Figured I'd ask. Sorry if that offended.

Don't worry about it.....I just wasn't sure that what I wrote didn't come off the wrong way as well.

Take care,
Sean

hey Sean,

I don't know anything about that area, but by the looks of the rig in your avitar you might want to check out azttora.com - there are plently of hardcore dudes over there with similar rigs that probably know that area well.

Where is Miners Revenge at anyway?

Good luck with finding someone, I hope there is someone out there to lead you guys out there - if you do make it out there, post up some pics, I'd love to see where you're taking about

Thank you for the idea.

No offense intended, but is this site less "hard core" than TTORA?

BTW, I'm not "hard core" either.....in fact, the I don't really like the term. I just want to go out, wheel with friends, leave the competition crap to competitors and have a good, safe time.

Hope I can wheel with you guys some day.

Well, after looking at the pics in those links - yea, thats alot more intense that most of us local guys do. I know most of those guys in those links and I probably wouldn't go wheelin with them in my truck - my truck just isn't built for that kinda stuff - but I'd love to go on a trip like that someday....as a passenger in someone elses rig :)

I would say that the main board of TTORA isn't all that intense, but the local AZ board (azttora.com) is full of guys with very well built, solid axle rigs and they take on runs like that all the time.

We would love for you to come out and wheel with us sometime too! What part of Mesa do you live? I'm in Chandler near Dobson and Warner. If I don't go snowboarding this weekend I might be down for a light day trip on Saturday or Sunday

I'm over in Mesa, near Lindsey and Broadway.

There's a couple of runs I may go on this weekend if no one wants to lead the Miner's Revenge one.

Sean
