aftermarket parts engine, problems

My engine feels and sounds like chug chug chug, and does not give full power when I hit the gas. I try's fuel injector cleaner, that did nothing it seems. And someone said get a pressure test because the fuel injectors on new engines get clogged in the beginning.
its a Chinese aftermarket parts engine I got from a machinist working in Oakland, and belive this is just the beginning of the I told you so's..haha but is it worth saving??

What is the year, make, and model of your vehicle?

What engine do you have?

The more we know, the better we can help you...

You never know what you are going to get with the Chinese aftermarket parts....

1992 Toyota pickup

its a 1992 Toyota pickup, 4 cylinder fuel-injected, and the engine is new, but all aftermarket parts built by Z-tec. And I had a mechanic savy friend install it.

I don't know where the engine parts came from, except they aren't OEM
