Must be a heck of a snow plow

bobbyd1989 Oct 3, 2014 07:48 PM

Come on guys, he says it's a "very special plow"...... bahahahahahaha

Gizler00 Oct 4, 2014 05:54 AM

I'm going to buy a beat up plow and slap it on my runner.

For sale, with magical plow, 24 hour low ball sale price of $$15,000 USD.

Seems a bit steep of a price. No pictures of the truck frame, which is probably rotted to hell. The plow looks like its in ok shape, probably worth $1000-$1500 without the truck.

And yeah, very special plow LOL. ALL plows come off like that, it is a requirement that the fixed components of the plow frame don't interfere with the truck's bumpers in a collision.

As far as the actual plowing work goes, you pick what makes sense for your application. This wouldn't work well for plowing parking lots, but being a smaller vehicle, it is a LOT better for narrow roads and driveways than a full sized truck. The narrower the plow, the narrower the swath it cuts, which means the deeper the snow it can handle before exceeding the available traction.

The truck is worth its weight in scrap steel. The plow is worth $1000-$1500.

It is amazing what they want for some things out there and that isn't even a matched set of rims.
