I have a 91 Toyota pickup with what appears to be 2 horns???? Took the one off the grill and I’m at a loss to what this is? Old unused horn? Looking for help.

PA speaker from CB radio??? Not factory, for sure

That makes sense it has an old disconnected hornet alarm system on it. Thank you!
