Weber 32/36 dumping gas

Hello everyone, I'm new to the site and have a problem with my 86 pickup, its a 4 spd and recently I put a wber 32/36 carb on it in August, car ran great no problems at all, then the car Sat for a month, after that it all went downhill, whenever I get the car idling I noticed that gas is dripping out of the second venturi in the carb and is making the truck run really rich, I Adjusted the float and put in a new power valve and have had no luck, also when I turn the car off both barrels are dumping gas for about 10 seconds before they stop completely flooding everything and making it hard to start up again please I'm so fed and desperately need help, and I have checked for vacuum leaks and have none any advice would be appreciatedhttps://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...9a2623e940.jpgThis is while the car is running, it doesnt look good in pic but you can kinda see the second barrel wet from gas drippin in

Do you have a fuel pressure regulator on the fuel line?
If you do whet pressure is it set at?
