pulling the green starter relay on 1991 Toyota pickup
 

I can't get that little green starter relay in my 1991 Toyota pickup, that is on the driver's side up above the fuses......to come out! Is there a trick or a tool or which tabs need to be depressed for it to come out? (it says Toyota Starter Relay on it)
