Engine check light problem
 

My car was packed with no engine. After securing an engine, the car is able to start though engine check light is static, no response even after bridging e1 and te1. Spark plugs are black and the vacuum sensor (assy, pressure) with 3 wires not responding. The car is able to start with or without that sensor connected and revving counter is failing to go beyond 3000rpm. Gx90 Toyota MARK II 1995 MODEL
