Antifreeze leak

I have antifreeze leak and can't find it. I have relatively new radiator, new overflow and new top and bottom hose on my 2003 ford ranger, 2.3 four cylinder. I've looked everywhere but there's no drippage anywhere, just the strong odor. I know it's not the freeze plug or the water pump. There's no smell in the cab or is the passenger side floor wet. It's been doing this for a couple years now. Runs great, uses no oil and heater and air work great. Any advice ?? Do I need to try some stop leak? Even the plastic overflow is new from Ford. Thank you .

If you can put a big piece of cardboard under the rig as soon as you get home and check in a few hours for any coolant leaks on the cardboard you can get an idea where the leak is coming from. Will only work of course if leak is big enough to keep dripping after motor is off. Good luck.

Already put the cardboard underneath of it. Done that a number of times. It's burning off on the engine before it drips on ground. Just a strong antifreeze odor. Been under it and above it a number of times and still haven't seen any drip. It loses antifreeze consistently every time I drive it. About a cup and a half every 40 miles or so.

Have you tried letting a shop pressurize the system and look for leaks on a rack?

No I haven't. I've just fixed some things on it myself and was hoping I could find the problem myself and fix it. I didn't know u could run a test like that so I am grateful for the advice. I appreciate that and that will b my next move. Ty

Totally understand wanting to fix it yourself.
My daughter had mystery coolant leak I could not find and for not many $ the local shop found it quickly.
