weber carb direct...beware!!!
we recently ordered a part and it turned out to be the wrong one. we were told to return it for a full refund. we did just that. they recieved it on a monday, and was told our money would be returned the following day. it was not and we called on wed. and thursday and was told our money was refunded and I was hung up on 5 times. I called back and they told me they owed us nothing and it was our banks fault. I called the bank and they disputed the charge and we are going to get it back. long story short, they lie, they are rude and they don't care. So beware of this company. They do not and I repeat do not care about customer service.
