Thumbs down Infinite Car audio - NEGATIVE


Placed order July 30, item was in-stock according to website.

No phone call or eMail except the "thanks for placing your order" email.

Called Aug 9, order had no movement at all, guy said call back tomorrow.

Called this morning:
" oh yeah someone musta bought that out from under you from our retail store, yeah sorry about that. Its not going to make it to you in time. Good Luck finding it somewhere else, we wont be charging you"

Great customer service.... NOT.
Way to leave me hanging. Its called "send an email" , Mr. Suck-O.

oh yeah, website still says item is in-stock.
