Ive lost a ton of power.. 2.7 with 152k on it. Having trouble getting the heat shield off though. Nervous to hack it. Think this is my problem?

It certainly could be one of the problems. Hopefully you haven't burned a valve from having a cracked manifold. I would do a compression check to be sure.

Per some customers requests, we now offer a kit with the EGR pipe gasket for $310 plus shipping.


Please specify with or without EGR Pipe gasket when ordering. Thanks!

This is a direct OEM replacement, via an updated design. It is 50 state legal.

I received and installed my kit! Thank you very much... please note, try to offer different shipping than UPS when shipping to Canada... they bill huge amount for duty brokerage..

also, when I installed my header, I had to cut a U bolt who was tighting a braquet from the transmission to hold the downpipe tube. Otherwise i could not bolt it without a leak..

also, I had to install a little spacer for the transmission dip stick braket to the engine to clear the runners...

Great product!!!
