T case e brake

1 Attachment(s)
Hello everyone,

I have an 86 4runner with dual transfer cases and a Low Range Off Road type "collar" t case mount. Attached is a picture of my current set up. I was about to purchase a t case e brake but I am afraid that it will not work with this type of mount. I have seen it done before but need more information please anyone. I also have a dual case skid plate from TG in the garage but I prefer to keep my current mount for better clearance.

Thanks.

Might be best to contact low range, they sale TG and Allpro stuff might be best option.

Prolly be a matter of longer bolts.

From what I know it is just a matter of putting the rotor on which takes the place of the output flange.

then mounting the rest of the hardware.

Then you might run into a clearance problem with the cab floor.

Not knowing the outer diameter of the rotor hard to say.

If the rotor clears mounting the rest should be easy by building some custom brackets.
