Been a while since I posted. Almost done with a 1988 build. Couple of teasers below. Will start separate build thread.

I have the W56B transmission from Marlin Crawler. It has the base for the shifter, but I do not have a lever.

My question is:

Does anybody know if the shift lever from any other model will work with the base and the W56b transmission? I have a 3" body lift so I will have to cut and modify the angle of the shifter anyway. I just don't want to buy a $100 lever and find out the base of it doesn't work.

I don't mind having to cut and weld the lever. But do any of the other levers bolt up that you know of?

If not, anyone have a w56b transmission shift lever for sale? Cash in hand (paypal).
