p0121 / sensor and throttle lock 2002 tundra

Interminute p0121 / and throttle lock
I will lose throttle response turn off and restart clears problem for a while
replaced throttle sensor / throttle motor and throttle position sensor , basically all electric on throttle body
any help would be appreciated

Looks like a fault in the wiring to the sensors. If you got a multimeter, you should check voltage, continuity and resistance on the connections. Check to see if the wiring to grounds are loose. Could be dirt, corrosion that cause poor contact anywhere in the wiring, even though the sensors are new.
