Crank Shaft Sensor 04, 4.7

Starter spins engine but it wont start. I invested in an code reader that is throwing codes P0335, P0340 and P0300. Across these codes the common cause is the Crank Shaft Position Sensor (CKP) and or the Cam Shaft Position Sensor (CMP). All the other potential problems could be caused by either one of these so that’s where I’m going now. The CMP is under the driver side Tbelt cover and the CKP is on lower front of block exposed but behind an oil sensor above the oil filter. The CKP came out easy with help of a 1/4" drive wobble extension. Disconnect negative battery, take out 10mm retaining bolt and pull CKP out. There is no continuity across wiring contacts the so the wires should be ok. I get 1959 ohms across the CKP contacts.

How Much resistance should I get from a good CKP and CMP? Ive also read that the CKP controls the spark plugs while the CMP controls the EFI. Since Im not getting a spark is this a good indicator my issue is with the CKP and not the CMP?
