2003 Sequoia. Growling noise and vibration
The noise and vibration starts at about 30 mph and sounds like it is coming from the front right wheel. It gets louder the faster I go and the vibration feels like it is in the center of the car to the right of the gas pedal. The noise and vibration goes away when taking a right on to the highway. And it actually gets a bit better if you get it up around 80 mph.
We replaced the tires and both front wheel bearings and its still there.
The mechanic thinks it might be the Right rear wheel bearing but you can barely here it in the back seat. So I am not sold on that being the problem yet.

I had a vibration similar to what you are describing years ago. i was convinced it was a rear wheel bearing, and replaced them both. Turned out to be a bad u-joint on the driveline.
