running rough and slow acceleration
 

OK so i have 94 pickup with 22re with a manual is a 2wd its running fine then the idle goes down and it starts to run really ruff and when i drive it the acceleration is really slow but if i put the gas peddle to the max it accelerates like it should almost like broke free from something sometimes is will run ok for awhile or even days but then it starts to run like crap again what dose this mean also iv put new plugs and wires on it and the distributor looked clean inside.
