Its the "Cop Tool" by Wilson Tactical. I think i'm going to mount one to my center console.

Thats a pretty cool little tool. I was talking to one of our DNR officers down here and he had something similar.

It was cool until i saw the price....

$100 bucks for a good knife is chump change. My everyday carry is a $100 folder and it gets abused. Take a look at the prices of the other knives on that site and that'll give you an idea of how much good knives cost. What you're paying for is the D2 tool steel used. Normal knives use run of the mill "stainless" or "high carbon steel".

I'll have to peruse that website some more, later.

I own a few good knives. I just wouldn't pay $100 for that tool above.

That knife is pretty cool. I'm partial to CRKT knives... merely for the fact that I found one, one time. It was weird.. my friend and I were walking home from school (years ago), I just happened to look in this planter to find something of a different color than the soil. So, I look in, grab it and clean it off... It's a CRKT tactical knife. This thing was awesome. Only problem was, what if it was involved in some sort of crime? Anyway, I kept it, as it was basically in the middle of nowhere. My favorite knife for a long time... then my friend "wants to see it", throws it thinking he's some sort of shinobi and it was forever lost... :( *end sad story and thread hijack*

However, I enjoy my current $20 pocket knife...

I dont even know how many knifes I've lost over the years. One thing I've realized is that I will loose a knife before it ever breaks.

That is a sweet knife, I just don't need something like that. With a utility knife, pocket knife and a Kershaw camp axe on-board...I should be set.

I'm a huge Kershaw fan, I have had a Kershaw in my pocket since the day I was old enough to get one from my parents, lol (12)

I just recently did some research on knives and sprung for the Kershaw Ken Onion Boa ComboEdge.

This knife is awesome so far, very sturdy, handle is solid aircraft aluminum, index or thumb assisted opening and a Ti-Nitride coating.

I also have an old Kershaw Ken Onion Blackout ComboEdge and it is a great knife for only $50, lasted me about 3 years or so and I have abused it.

As for a multi-tool the Gerber Recoil is sweet!

My everyday carry pocketknife cost $300, so that $99 price tag doesn't mean all that much to me. ;)

you can buy a not so great everyday carry handgun for that much...

Got it for highschool graduation four years ago from my parents - wouldn't've been able to afford it on my own. I actually haven't bought a new knife since then, though, it suits me just perfectly.

I just use my Stanley utility knife for everything. It cost me $15.00, and $5.00 for an extra 25 blades for it, which are always in my work pants pockets. I am still on the first blade, and they say they need to be changed every month or so of regular use, though I use it for practically everything.

$100 is just too damn expensive for a knife that I wouldn't use much in my line of work, or for protection, as I usually have one of my gangsta's by my side. Yeah, he carries a gat! He shoots it sideways too!

I find for stabbing people a sharp stick or broken glass works best. A real knife makes a clean cut and is easy to sew back up. Not having a sharp edge is better because a duller edge is going to be all the more agonizing for the stabbe.
