well all done .. and as far as I am taking it for now ..
this fella is probabally coming to work for us , so we'll see more I'm sure

We went with the 2 tone "special edition" look on this one .. except instead of the 138 silver/grey metalic , we used the original 8D8 lt blue metalic and black 202

I really like it ..

Looks awesome!! As soon as I win the lottery, I'll be calling you!

EDIT: not to say your prices aren't reasonable. They're actually awesome. But if I didn't have a budget, I'd bring my rig to you for the labor as well. But the distance makes that pretty pricey.

How much would have it cost to import a 4Runner from a southern state? Seems like a lot of money to repair all the rust on a truck that isn't worth more than $1500. Nice work BTW!

thanks ..
I have many different types of customers .. some with built trucks , some with out , some with sentamental reasons , some just new to the sport , some whom have driven the same truck for years ..
USUALLY .. it's just not "cut and dry" as you suggest ..

your question isnt easly answered .. and I dont know if I can it at all !! most times , it's a very "personal" thing ... so basically , if you dont get it , i cant explain .

importing a truck from a different Country has some real challenges .. that $1500.00 truck you mention , can easly run into a $5000.00 purchace !! and then , unless your picking it up in person , you still dont know what your getting .

Our customers are informed .. 4runners up in our area .."nice ones" will easly sell fo much more then $1500.00 .. dont forget ---- California sells as many toyotas as Canada does , we dont nearly have the population as you folks do .. so .. a real nice 4Runner here , is a rarety , and they are much more desirable .

bottom line .. 2 way different markets

So what you are saying is buy a ton of Toyota's from California, fix any mechanical problems and sell them for a boatload of money to you canuks? I was just wondering what importing tax would be but I guess it is expensive. And no, I do not understand what you were trying to say in the first two paragraphs, no need to explain, I will figure it out eventually

Why the Zinc on the rail here?
Thanks
