DC Power vs Mean Green vs Powermax

Hello YT,

Putting in a dual battery system, looking at these alternators:

DC Power Inc - 180amp, $450
https://www.dcpowerinc.com/fit/1999~...71-180-hp.html

Mean Green advertises 30% more power, but no specs
http://shop.mean-green.com/2003-96-4...4L-MG13794.htm

Powermax PM125 is $420
http://www.hamiltonferris.com/produc..._Alternators/8

Anyone have actual experience with any of these or just OEM?

Thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Argh, too many windows open, is there a way to move this thread to tech?

Cadillac alternator w/heated windows. way cheaper for twice as much output. also pickup the pigtail. check out rockauto. there is a write up on t4r.org
