Back in Novemeber had a real job scare and I got within a couple of days of selling my 4th gen which I only picked up in September.

Well, as of today, I am employed, safely for now and have managed to protect my house and my car.

I have also freed up some limited cash and have the done the following mods which I will document in the next few weeks.

1. Custom cat back
Magnaflow muffler, 2 1/2" pipe to side exit (as opposed to straight out the back) large oval tailpipe with resonator.
Cost me $225 installed and sounds sick !

2. Silver Grille Mod
Just replaced my Blue Mica Grille with a Milenium Silver one which matches the silver inserts in the bumper.

3. Thule Playpen with extension and cargo net

4. Side steps to replace running boards.

Next mod involves a trip to Virginia Beach for some Cornfeds and then late this year, some 265/70/17 Revo's.

So...I'm back

Where in Va. Beach are you picking up Cornfeds? Are you having them installed at the same place?

I have in-laws who live in V. Beach, so not having any luck with finding a reputable 4x4 shop in Raleigh, I just might have to make a trip up to get those Cornfeds.

Good news on the job, sucky economy to be standing in the unemployed line.
