Any help I need to know so I can jump on the deal if so... haha...

It will only work if you get a T-case from a similar year truck, and the adapter from marlin crawler. Your 98 is a drivers drop, while the 82 axle is a passenger drop. The two will not interchange.

You've gone from a lift and 33"s to a SAS?

You know that you will spend $5k to $8k on doing an SAS, right?

There is a ton of reasearch you need to do before you think about a SAS.

How did I know... Yea dude, You need a driver side drop Dana 44 or Dana 60. Preferably D60. But have fun getting one of those for less then 500. :dj:

Well I didnt go from 33's to SAS my dad keeps telling me to go straight axle and I found that deal on craigslist so I figured id jump all over it if so because I know that was cheap... I think Im going to try and go the IFS route and well see how it goes and if needed will do a SAS or even just save and buy a older 4 runner... I just thought if I can find it for cheap maybe to jump on it and keep it not start doing it right away...

Well just to remind you, an sas is not going to be cheap, your going to spend lots of money, espicially since we cant use the cheap old yota axles. If you do it right with a D60 up front, you runner probably doesnt have enough power to break it, that thing is beefy. Google is your friend, my friend. Just google dana 60 and read and read. :dj:
