That appears to be a modified Jeep bikini top.
It could also be one from Downey.
I just bought a bikini top for my WIfes 98 jeep but I will probably use it more on my runner when the soft top is too much. :bigok:

That is the Jeep top. There's several guys out there with their own version mod kits for these, check 4x4wire.com 's board. I'm trying to decide between the Downey top and getting this new jeep breezer top modified...

I have that same one from Downey and LOVE it. Dont know about price it came with the truck.

I just purchased the downey top....I'll try and post some pics later, but I don't really know how. As for price it was 162 shipped to my door. the quality of the components are high and it fits really nicley. I would give two thumbs up.

Downey, etc, or any upholstery or top shop (convertible top shop or boat top shop) can make one for you.
