what's the best way to find part numbers/costs?

I'm looking for part numbers and costs for the OEM black fender flares and mud flaps for my 96. What's the best way to find part numbers for this type of thing?

email "TOR", he's a new Toyota parts guy. I gave me some very impressive figures for my rear window motor and a new lock core set. Just give him you VIN in you email.
