Transmission conversion

Hi, I have a 3.4l with an A340 auto trans that is on its way out . I'd like to replace it with a E series trans , has anyone found a solid 5speed that makes an easy conversion?

Best/only option is the 5 speed that came in a 4runner or maybe a taco. Get ALL the parts and swap it over. It has been done but it not the easiest thing around.
