Hi everyone. Ive got an 04 taco extra cab and was wondering if there is something out there that is made to turn my useless backseat into a useful storage area rather than the big pile o camping gear, textbooks, tools, clothes, ect that it currently is. Ive been trying to come up with something but Im currently back to considering grabbing a few plastic milk crates, a black and decker handisaw and a fill of zip ties and just making something. thanks

Don't be a pack rat? I just put all of my stuff in bags. The bins, crates, or whatever clanking around would drive me nuts. Also, you wouldn’t be able to recline your seat back as much.

 

Hmm I think ill build the milk crate storage shelf system, sercure it in somehow and put some of that rubber stuff you put in the bottom of tool box drawers to minimize clatter and noise. ive got a net hammock to throw between a couple trees if i want to recline

 

Why dont you build something outta wood...Like a slide out storage drawer that spans the back of the cab..Then cover it with carpet for a nice finish...
