Hey Guys ____ what tire pressures are you running, on and off road????? Also how long does it take to air up(size tire and system)________THANKS BAYRUNNER

32 on the road I think, and 15 off. I usually do it at a gas station, I'm not that frequent an offroader to buy a system... and that usually takes a chunk of time.

18-19psi on road, 3-5psi off-road :)
Usually takes me about 15-20 minutes to air up all four 38.5's with three Cadillac compressors. Not quick but they get the job done.

Here is some info on selecting tire pressures and how long it'll take to air up.

With my 4-way air hose, it takes about 6-7 minutes to go from 15 to 30 with a 2 CFM compressor and 33x9.50 tires a few minutes longer for 33x10.50s. I run anywhere from 25-50 on road and 7-15 off-road.

Hey 4Crawler_______Your writing skills are greatly appreciated, and you certainly have a talent for putting information together, it seems to me writing a 4X4 manual, or book of some kind would not be a great stretch for you, with your research and editing stills. Anyway I always appreciate your input._____ THANKS BAYRUNNER

I like to run with 36 psi on-road and 18 psi off-road. It only takes me a few minutes to air up with this: http://community.webshots.com/photo/...63081887CFnVVk

And airing down goes pretty fast too with this:

32 on road, 15 off road. Takes about 7 minutes to air up at the gas station.

30-26

I run about 30 front and 26 rear on the road "pick up" unless Im hauling a load then I add about 10 psi to the rears. I drop them down to about 20 when Im wheeling. I bought a Coleman 12volt compressor to air them back up. It takes a few minutes per tire but gets the job done and it was only $15 and has a built in flash light! I was looking at a power inverter so I could take a smaller Craftsman compressor with me but so far the little el cheap-o is working just fine!

38 psi on-road and 38 psi off-road.

I no longer air down since my 3rd torn sidewall.

NOne of the responses above will help you one bit without knowing what tire size and rim they are running, and even then one brand will vary a lot from another.
I run 275/60R17 with 17x7s on one rig at 42 front 34 rear to get them to wear evenly, and 35x12.50s on 15x8s on another rig need about 28 front and 24 rear to wear evenly but handles like crap, I get up around 32 front and 28 rear and it feels much better and the mileage comes back up but they aren't going to wear properly. Price we pay for big tires on small trucks. Off road, down to maybe 20 for trails and 10-12 for sand.
