- Owner has now been out his vehicle for the whole day, plus part of tomorrow. Argueably, owner can make a trip to dealer NOW to pick it up for the evening
Dealer deserves the heat.

Patience.
Don't work yourself into a frenzy for something like that. You won't make progress is you throw down with the "assistant service manager"
Ask for the service manager. State your case and let him do the talking once you light the fire, you may get good results.

Apologize for disturbing the person, and find a piece of cardboard. You're gonna be making a sign.

But they have your rig so play smart and let them cut their own switch
I think the sign idea is very creative

Well i talked to the service manager and he told me the guy im workin with is a dumb˟˟˟˟˟ and my lift has nothing to do with this problem, the problem is they ordered me the wrong boot the first time (its too stiff) so they are gettin the right boot tomorrow, and givin me a rental car since im left without a choice and the mechanics are gone for the night. I'm demanding some discounts, maybe get a good discount on a spare cv or something.
Yes you have to be 21 to get a rental, but i grabbed them by the balls back and had my bro sign papers and i took the car. They said bring it back with a full tank, F that im takin it back with the gas light on. The car is a POS, Its a 05 matrix auto. it sucks nuts to drive, but im not gonna be easy on it. I'm racing every ricer at a stop light.

Cody, I just went to that dealership (Rodland Toyota) on Monday to order some new torsion bar ancor bolts. I found the gentleman at the parts counter to be a bit of a slow poke and didn't feel that he was very accomadating as he would have been had I been older. I had him also locate the heater dash light bulb and he confirmed that he "probably has it somewhere" but he wouldn't offer to actually get it for me until I came back the next day when the torsion bolts came in. I thought that was kinda lazy and unprofessional, so I just went and found the light bulb at autozone.
We work with dealerships a lot where I work (at Les Schwab), and I always find that dealerships have a monopolizer attitude, meaning they can treat you however they want because they have certain parts we can't resonably get anywhere else. Sucks.

To stiff??? I think he's also feedin' ya some bull. To short I could see but to stiff, now c'mon. The doofus that did the original work either didn't install the band or didn't clamp it and it worked it way off. I'm bettin' he never installed it.
BTW: I have hose clamps on my drivers CV boots. They've been there for about 2 months and 2 hard wheelin' trips. Not an issue.

What bender you sellin'? I'm in the market for a 105HD or Model 3. Preferable the HD unless the SB comes out soon. Actually, not quite in the market yet but I will be soon or could be now if the price was right.
