Which spring and spring rate?

I am going to be lifting my rig in may.

I am pretty sure i am going to be using the toytec adjustable lift for the front (bilstein 5100's and eibach springs). For the rear i am going to use bilstein 5150's and some type of spring.

2 questions, for the front should i go with 550 or 650lb rate? I have a custom bumper, and i will have a winch (m8000), and i have sliders.

For the rear i was wondering what ome spring i should go with, 890 or 891's? I have stock bumper right now, with trailer hitch, prolly carry 50lbs or gear and a hi-lift in the back of my truck, i will be going with a custom bumper sometime (tube with swingout and jerry can holders).

I have been thinking about fj80 springs (7wraps) but i think thats too much lift. But i have heard alot of good things about them, which makes me think even more about using them.

I am looking for around 2-2.5" the front, and 2.5-3" in the rear.

Thanks guys, and i have searched but haven't come to a true conclusion on the matter.

i know u talked to me and i would go with the 891, i wish there was a better option than going to the fj springs cuz when i load mine down it sags a little. :(

ive got 891's. with 200 lbs in the back of mine, itll sag about 3/4". nice riding unloaded, even better when its loaded.
