So. Cal Off roadin'

I posted this in the Trail Reports forum, but I will also post it here for the So Cal wheelers:

To all So. Cali riders,

I found this book that has Off Road Trails in Southern California area. There are also books to other states I think. I have yet to purchase it.

Yeah, that one's pretty nice but a little pricey. And big! the thing is like a big dictionary. I got one at Barnes and Noble that covers all of so cal and is much smaller, just trail maps, descriptions, and gps waypoints.
That one has alot of filler: what to bring, safety, nature info and other non map stuff.
Either way as long as it gets you out there on the trails it's good!
Are you going to meet the other socal peeps at Hungry valley OHV on 1/18?

It is the same one Rob2k has. Tons of good info, from mellow trails to Crazy stuff. Hope it doesnt fall apart though
