Sounds normal to me, I also have the tow package, also had a supercharger until a few months ago and beat the living heck out of my truck on a daily basis. Never had an issue.

Has anyone done a comparison between summer and winter temps on their scan gauge? I wondering if changing the jiggle valve would change winter temps too much.

Yours temps are fine, I would not worry with it. If you are worried then you can flush the cooling system which will ensure it is in tip top shape.

The cooling system will be more efficient in the winter naturally which means temps will be lower. That is how it always will be.

Most of the temps I have seen posted here are in the ~200-210 range during the summer.

Thanks Texas Ace. I'm not too concerned considering it's never over heated. I I'll leave it alone. I figured more cooling is better for the summer but once winter hits here as you know the engine will not be as efficient.

I see 191F year round...does not matter if it's 105 out or in below freezing temps when there is a load on the engine.
