Repair or replace?
 

Discovered this today, and only a couple of conductors are hanging onto the connector. I'm wondering if that blue ring is meant to be pried up to reconnect (repair) the wire or if I need to replace with a new connector?

The connector is rebuildable, new terminals and a terminal tool would help with this task.
