Rear window problem

Well, my rear window wouldn't roll up and it is about to storm here in GA. It isn't the motor because I ran a hard wire from the battery directly to the motor and it went right up. Also a couple times before this I have had to tap the window switch to get the window to go up. Relay?(and where is it as well as the fuse) Switch problem? Suggestions please. :dunno:

Did you replace ALL the bolts that hold the shelll down?

I'll bet you the one that activates the "Cover Top Switch" is missing.
