Rear end, Complete, is this a good price?

My mother totaled her car on Monday (don't worry, she's ok), so I am giving her my Camry to drive. Now I need to fix up the 4Runner so I have something to drive as well. I found a complete axle (drum to drum) 4.10 elocker (what my vehicle has) with 120k miles. Asking price is $425. Should I snatch it up? My ring and pinion are shot, with about a half a drive-shaft's turn play in it before anything catches...
