Rattling/creaking noise on front-right when going faster than 50mph

Hello!
Alright, here's the problem which I will try my best to describe with full detail

-I dont know if it's the suspension, sounds like it from writing this issue out :-D

When I'm on the Highway going more than 50Mph, I start to hear a rattling/creaking noise from the RIGHT-FRONT area of my 4Runner.

The noise SOUNDS LIKE a bolt through a washer rattling at a high vibration speed.

The noise comes up after 50MPH and when the vehicle's suspension is either steady or expanding.

BUT, when the 4Runner hits an overpass ramp with a light dip, the sound goes away, and comes back when the suspension bounces back up.

SO, front suspension steady, or expanding makes the creaking noise.

WHEN it compresses or at low speeds, it doesn't make a noise.

ANY ideas of what it could be? I've been real busy with work and family, so I haven't had the time to get under, but any hint would save time.

THANK YOU ALL!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

So far, it's not the brakes or any clips related to the brakes.
Still trying to figure this out.
Any ideas?
