Philips Vision Plus H4 Light Bulbs
I recently purchased the Philips SilverStar bulbs. They seemed pretty bright. I also had access to Philips Vision Plus bulbs. Between the 2 sets, there is almost no difference. I've decided to keep the SilverStars and now have -3- Vision Plus bulbs (Brand New) that I need to unload.
