Painted or Chrome
I'm replacing some body parts on my car, namely the front bumper and parts of the rear bumper. I am thinking of going painted or maybe just leaving them black, but pretty much set on trying to remove all the chrome. I was just wonder if the chrome was an option in 94 and if so will the painted parts fit right? I know the non SR5 that year had a different headlight setup so I am just worried about the fitment of the painted pieces, including the grill. I plan on replacing the front and rear bumpers, grill, running boards (probably aftermarket), fender flares (also aftermarket) , door handles, window trim, pretty much everything chrome. Will I run into any fitment issues? Sorry I rambled.

im a chrome lover. i wish my truck had more chrome! i think its very distinctive.. i mean, what other cars / trucks out there have chrome anymore?
it doesnt show scratches, it looks cleaner and is easy to maintain. i love my bumpers. in the future, i want to get some custom chrome strips for the lower part of my doors and maybe chrome door handles. :mrt: |

Oh man, blast from the past! My mom had chrome feelers on her Buick in the early 80s. Those things turned into chrome nubs after a year or two. The funniest thing. :laugh: Bob |

I think it needs clear corners really bad, otherwise its ok.
