P0171 p0302 codes 2001 taco 2.7

So I am having some problems with the way my truck is running. The truck is a 2001 tacoma with the 2.7l engine and it just turned over 100,000 miles. A couple of weeks ago, the CEL came on and at the same time the engine lost a lot of power, and when running it shudders and vibrates a lot. I started with the obvious things, replaced spark plugs and fuel filter, checked vacuum hoses, pcv valce. CEL was still on. So I got the codes pulled, P0302, P1305, P1310, P1315. When I was replacing the spark plugs I noticed the #2 ignition coil didn't look quite right, it was dirty, covered in carbon and rust, and other three looked perfectly clean. So I replaced the ignition coil. The truck didn't vibrate as much, and had more power but still not quite right. So I pulled the codes again. P0302, P0171. I switched the ignition coils around, and looked at the spark plugs, #2 was white, where the others were black. So obviously lean on #2. Codes also didn't change. Since I pulled P0171, I then cleaned the MAF and throttle body. To no avail. So at this point I am kinda lost. I am leaning towards the #2 fuel injector, and I am going try to swap it to a different cylinder to see if the codes change. But any guys out there have any ideas?

Thanks Mitch
