Mudguards
 

Has anyone used Tacoma front mudguards on a 4runner with the limited style fender flare? If so, how did it work out? Any pics? What year Tacoma guards did you use? I am wanting to remove the running boards on my 02 Sport and heard that the Tacoma flaps will work up front. :drink:

I've got a set of fronts on order (just have not got them yet) from a member here and will be doing this very mod to my 4Runner soon. He sold them to me for mere pennies :D . Don't know if this will be a pemanent moddification, but it's worths trying.

AFIK, most '00-'04, (if not other years too) Taco fronts should work. What ever you do though, do not buy new. I was quoted $160.00 for the front mats from the dealer. Crazy I know. Might want to try some Toy salvage yards or ask guys around here if they have a set you can buy. Could also try ttora.com. Lot of Taco owners over there that might sets you could buy as well.

(oh and I did not realize you asked me a question on another thread...otherwise I would've responded :) )
