Monroe strut-mates & Billy 5100's

Alright, so today I installed a lift on my 4runner, but as most of you miight already know, the top nuts of the front struts were probably the hardest thing to get off on this 11 year old New England vehicle, so I decided "the heck with it" and cut them all off knowing I would need new top plates anyways.

After I made that decision I went and picked up a pair of Monroe Strut-Mate 'Mounting plates" (dont worry Im getting somewhere with this) these came with 3 nuts, the plate itself, and a retainer, but on the inside of the plate where the end of the strut goes through, was a sort of bushing-thing of its own already connected to it.

Seeing as how I had Eibach lift springs, and Bilstein struts that already came with 2 bushings each about an inch thick that came with them, I didnt know what to do after seeing bushing-on-bushing contact on the plate, and almost maxing out my compressors on the springs. SOOO I only put on 1 bushing on the top and left out the other bushing.

MY QUESTION TO THE TECH EXPERTS: Is this (strut//washer//plate w/t bushing-thing//bushing//washer//nut) lineup going to hurt my setup or lift height in any way?

Thanks in advance, I couldn't find anything with search and go easy on me plz, im sortof a nubbie when it comes to mechanics. :/

Anyone??? Am I putting the struts together wrong? I am by no means a mechanic; I have a general idea of how things go together but I sorta winged it on this one... The measurements from the ground to the bottom of the fender is about 36 inches on both sides in the front, and I havent aligned it yet because for some dumb reason my parents want it done after I replace all 4 end links and install the diff drop.

Please, any imput at all would be fantastic
