Looking for a good mechanic in Denver
I live near Boulder, so I get my T serviced up there. My good bud was talking about taking his tacoma to the stealership for tune-up and overall check up. I told him I could find him some recommendations here for specifically a good Toyota Mechanic in Denver.
Any input is appreciated. |
I don't have a shop, but I have a garage and I could do it for him for cheaper than the stealership. Plus I'll let you guys help and show you what's up with the Taco. Shoot me a PM.
Oh, and I'm in Westminster by the Jeff. Co. Airport, right off of Hwy. 36 and Wads. |
Comprehensive Automotive, on Evans and Washington. This is the shop I use when I decide to off load work. Have always been honest and fair with me. I see plenty of all generation pickups, 4Runners and Cruisers over there (not to mention Toyota cars, Subarus and Hondas, which they also work on).

i know it's a bit outside of denver, but i use "tim's toy shop" in longmont for the stuff i can't do on my own. they've always been nothing but honest with me.

Japanese Auto Service. Guy named Steve off of Ward Road and the R/R frontrage road in Arvada. Incredible work and fair.

Oleg at Alatao Automotive at 2nd and Buckley. He is a member of the Rising Sun 4wd Club and 4runners are his specialty. He just did a lot of work on my daughters 4runner. He also does Body and paint work. A very honest and trustworthy individual. His number is 720-276-6697. Christo Slee (also a member of Rising sun) in Golden at Slee Off road is also Good. And I have used ToyCar Care off of Potomic and Arapahoe road and they are good. However, when it comes to more than just Maintenance, you want Oleg or Slee

If he wants to stick with a dealership, I recommend Scott Olsen at Burt Toyota on Broadway in Englewood. I never had any issues with them when I lived out there and Scott is very honest with his write-ups.
