TNN Trucks put a set on "Big Orange," a late 90's full size Chevy truck. They go through mud with ease and I'm sure they tackle mild trails really well too. They cost a fortune though and you'd probably be better off with real tires in the rocks.

one of my old teachers showed me a video on those things. they are so cool and you can go almost anywhere because the weight is distributed out over such a large area. my teacher had the video the company gave him and the stuff they showed it going over was awsome, swampy muck, snow, etc... really cool stuff. Im tellin ya
