Did you have to trim? Are you rubbing? Do you know the offsets?
Thanks

I was considering those wheels when I bought mine.
They are ENKEI RT-6's I think 0 offset...they only come in a few select offsets. You can look it up on America's tire or Enkei's website.
edit:
Here you can see them on a 2nd Gen

Thanks for the comments. The rims are Enkei RT6's measuring 18x8.5 and 0 offset. They rubbed like hell at full lock, but thats been rectified with my all purpose utility knife. I even think it looks better with all that plastic crap cut neatly off. The tires are Michelin Pilot LTX's, smooth as silk but probably worthless in the dirt. They measure 32.1 from thier website. After trimming there is tons of room, i could easily stuff 33's...BFGoodrich makes a 285/18 all terrain ko that measures 33, i just might...
The biggest thing I've notice with these tires and 0 offset rims is the handling, the 4runner corners ten times better, no exageration. They barely cleared the calipers though, there is less than an 1/8 inch clearance between the spokes and the caliper!

nice truck. I love the wheels and size. I think a more agresive tire is a must though. Have you seen the Nitto MT. I think that comes in a 33/12.50/18
that would make a sweet ride even sweeter.
Looks good

First of all, your runner looks wicked. Your NE spacer is in transit...thanks again. Once that goes on a pic of your ride would be killer. Also, if you are looking for a larger tire to throw on those 18's I can suggest and connect you with a couple awesome tires at nearly cost.
The Nitto Mud Grapplers are not available in anything but a 38x15.5R18, so I assume those are out of the picture. They have other sizes coming soon, and are an unbelievable tire, just nothing smaller than that size as of now.
Here is what I would reccomend:
Toyo Open Country A/T's in a 325/60R18 (33x13)
Toyo Open Country M/T's in the same size...
Let me know what you are thinking...I am running the A/T's in a 325/50R22 and love em to death. I would love to help you on this one. Again, thanks for being patient with our spacers.
