Just picked up 97 4Runner and a used lift, few questions

Hello, I just bought my 97 4Runner w/rear locker for $2500. It's got high miles but it's in pretty decent shape. Also today I was able to pick up and OME lift for it off CL for $350 missing one rear shock.

The spring combo is 883/891 with OME struts. I do plan on some armor front and rear including a winch and rock sliders. I know I need to get the front diff drop but I'm unclear on some of the other bells and whistles like the brackets to move the lspv and ebrake cable, brake lines etc. Also the one shock it included for the rear was a heavy duty and the guy that sold it to me suggested I go with medium duty shocks which I plan on in some form. I should be able to get away with something cheaper than OME though correct? I don't mind losing a little comfort to be able to save a hundred bucks or more there to put towards other things I plan on doing to the vehicle.

I want to have all my ducks in a row when I do this so any help is appreciated. Also looking at what kind of tire size/wheel backspacing I should be looking at. I will do the pinch weld mod and the running boards are going to be history so what should I be looking for for wheels and tires? I will be going with something a little more aggressive such as Goodyear Duratracs etc. but nothing like intercos or some of the other mud tires. I definitely want to stick to 16" wheels, and like the look/feel of a wider wheel/tire combo on a lifted truck, been down the too tall and too narrow path before.

Thanks guys and here is the truck

oh yeah, and which side to put but the "b" and "a" spring on? I'm assuming the slightly taller one goes on the side with the gas tank but we all know how assumptions go.
