Just a few leaks in my exhaust

It was a beautiful brisk 5* this morning when I headed out to work. I started the truck and saw some steam coming from the the exhaust system. I have a TRD setup from a 1998 4Runner sitting in the garage waiting for warmer weather to swap it out. I'm thinking that fixing these leaks should help with MPG as well.

That's called the "Cat Clamp" and it ties the CAT to the frame with Aircraft stainless steel cable. I'd say there was about 10' too much, so it looks like a mess, but since I park on the driveway, its piece of mind. I figure someone trying to cut thru that cable will make a whole lot of noise and take a good amout of time while doing it.
