I ran a search for this quesiton, and I couldn't quite find what i was looking for.

I'm looking to remove my front seats. Not only would i like to do a good job of cleaning under there (especially between the seat and the center console!) but i'm also redoing my sound system, so i'm going to have to pull some carpeting up.

so can anyone tell me what i need to do to take the seats out, and what tools i may need?


-the new sound system is coming along slooooowly, especially since i'm unemployed... The monetary donations i recieved from graduating college can only last so long. When i'm done, i'll post pictures... it won't be all that pretty, but i guarantee it'll be loud.

Each seat is held down with 4 bolts. The front two are exposed, the back two have plastic covers on the that pop off. All you should need is a socket (I think it's either a 12mm or 14mm bolt) and a ratchet. It's very easy, I've had mine out a few times.

The bolts are 14mm.
