Hood Compatibility

Does anyone know for certain if a 99 4runner hood will fit correctly on a 97 4runner? I'm sure it will, i cant see any differences (on the internet) but i'm not sure if there are any subtle differences like in the bumpers and grilles?

I have a line on a 99 Hood with the scoop and my 97 took some hail damage last week and needs to be replaced, plus i have been wanting one with the scoop for a while now.

I'm pretty sure they are identicle. You shouldn't have any issues fitting it.

Hood

It will work with no problems. I have a 97 4 runner with a 99 hood with scoop..Hope this helps..Aloha

If its the one listed here in Colorado on Carparts, they dont really have a scooped hood.
