HELP with brake light
 

My right rear brake light is out and i went to the auto parts store thinking I could just replace the bulb. Well i tried that and it still didnt work. So now i am thinking the wiring could be all messed up. I need help fast.

Check and see if the ground came off. Does anything else work, blinker, tail, etc.?

the blinker and tail both work just not the brake light. How would i check the ground?

Not sure of the wiring on the 4runners. Follow the wires off the tail light, should be grounded to the frame somewhere.
