Fuel Filter Line Issue

Well I thought it was going to be an easy change....go figure. Tried to change out the fuel filter on my 97 4Runner that has apparently been on there since 1997. Got the front line off....rear line, well..stripped the compresion nut. It won't come off with ANYTHING. So now I have a problem. I need to replace the nut or that line itself. Anyone know where I can find a parts manual to see if I can find the line? I think that would be easier then cutting the line and replacing the nut. Its the hard line that goes to the in part of the filter, there's another nut that ties it into the soft line.

Thanks
Bob

i did the same thing to my brake line in the back. you can go get a flange making set and nuts and a pipe bender and pipe. or you can just go to the stealer and order the actual part. it cost me less to get the pre bent then get all the tools/parts. use this website to find the part number you need and just order it up.www.toyodiy.com/

some things r just not worth the headache

Wow excellent link! I've got the same problem only its the forward nut that the previous owner rounded off. Thanks for the link! AWESOME!!
